WHAT I DO: I help CEOs and business owners get what they want from their businesses without the stress and drama. WHY IT WORKS: All the great books that I’ve read (including The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, The E-Myth Revisited, Good to Great, Rockefeller Habits, The Goal, etc.) all come together in the book, Traction® HOW IT WORKS: I help your organization DO 3 powerful things that I call … “VISION-TRACTION-HEALTHY”. By VISION, I mean getting your leadership team all on the same page with where you’re going and how you’ll get there. By TRACTION, I mean getting everyone in the organization more disciplined and accountable in executing your Vision. By HEALTHY, I mean getting your Leadership Team to become a healthy, functional, and cohesive team. (Because often they’re not … sometimes strong leaders don’t work well together). And as your leadership team, so goes the rest of your company … You get to the point where everyone is focused, disciplined, and accountable. READY TO TALK: Here’s my GUARANTEE … “If you don’t feel like you get value from our time together, then you don’t pay me” … straightforward.
Capital Manager – Clotine Capital
For his day job, Jared is a successful real estate broker and investor in the DFW area. Following his success in those roles, friends and clients came to him, wanting to invest in something beyond the stock market. Many thought the only reasonable option beyond buying stock was acquiring single-family rentals. Already an accredited investor, Jared had personally invested in private placements, syndications, businesses, and even a pharmaceutical start-up. He encouraged them to consider similar alternative investments.
After Jared personally invested in Clotine Capital, he became intrigued with its unique design as a “self-directed” fund. When the opportunity later arose to become a member of the managing entity, it was as easy as “yes.” He knew it would be a great opportunity to introduce alternative investments to other accredited investors looking to diversify out of “traditional” investments.

Founder, CEO and Portfolio Manager at ARR Investment Partners
Founder, CEO and Portfolio Manager at ARR Investment Partners
Christian founded ARR Investment Partners and has been managing its global long/short equity strategy since 2015. As an experienced portfolio manager, he comes from an unconventional background. Born and raised in a middle-class family in Salzburg, Austria, Christian began investing in the stock market at the age of 17 in 1997—even advising one of his schoolteachers.
After successfully completing his studies, he began his professional journey at Man Group, working as an analyst across multiple departments, including Funds of Hedge Funds (FoHF), Private Equity/Venture Capital (PE/VC), and high-yield credit.
In a bold move in 2009, Christian relocated to Russia, despite not speaking the language and lacking a professional network. From 2010 to 2014, he served as a long/short equity portfolio manager at Russia-focused hedge fund Kazimir Partners in Moscow, gaining invaluable investment experience. Navigating a four-year bear market in Russia from 2011 to 2014 provided him with deep insights into risk management and short selling—skills that became central to his investment philosophy.
These lessons are reflected in the strong performance of the ARR Global Long/Short Equity Strategy, notably delivering +18% in March 2020 and +47% in 2022.
Christian founded ARR Investment Partners with two primary goals: to deliver attractive net returns over the long term and to generate positive returns during market downturns. To achieve these objectives, he focuses on investments with an asymmetric risk-reward profile on both the long and short sides—an approach that inspired the firm’s name.
An active investor since 1997, Christian holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in International Business Administration and Economics from the University of Innsbruck.

My day-to-day is Unbridled Wealth (implementing infinite banking & other niche financial strategies) and the restoration of Hotel St Cloud in Canon City, CO. My goal is always to add value, and I love strategizing and solving problems. Also, a big fan of tax credits…
